Dr Paul Cray is Head of Machine Learning at APImetrics, the provider of the leading API and SLA performance and quality monitoring solution, where he applies advanced deep learning techniques to extract actionable realtime intelligence from API test call results. In a varied career, Paul has worked on the tech side of business and the business side of tech as a research physicist, software engineer, Unix mobile datacom systems engineer, technical sales engineer, strategy consultant, product manager and business development manager. Paul has an MA in physics from Oxford, a PhD in neutron scattering from Salford and an MBA from Imperial College London. He is currently based in Preston, Lancashire. Paul spoke on Diving Deep into the API Ocean with Open Source Deep Learning Tools at APIStrat 2017.
